Our Grano - The Original Modern Glider Recliner is a stream-lined, comfortable and well-designed reclining glider without all the bulk. Enjoy the soothing glide, then recline and rest your feet on the pop-up foot rest. Our grano is so comfortable, you won't want to get up! Matching ottoman also available.

All our Performance Fabrics are very durable, easy to spot clean and easy to maintain.

All our Natural Fabrics (Cotton/Linen and Wool) are premium fine fabrics that may require a little more attention and careful cleaning.

All removable covers are machine washable, except Enviroleathers, which can easily be wiped down.

FOR QUICK SHIP GLIDER CHAIRS:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, plus 1-2 more weeks for delivery & arrival.

1. Once you've made your purchase online or over the phone, your credit card will be charged.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
3. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking information that can be tracked at www.ups.com
4. Your order will be delivered to the first threshold of your residence. If you are in a multi-level building, your item may be left on the ground level.
5. UPS will make up to 3 delivery attempts; please be available.

PLEASE NOTE:

Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging in the unlikely event there is damage to your item that may have occurred while in transit. If there is visible damage to the product, please make note of it when you sign for your delivery. Please retain all packaging until you have fully inspected your products.

RETURNS

Our chairs are all made to order, and therefore cannot be returned.

Orders placed outside of mainland Canada or the United States that are returned for reasons other than delivery damage or manufacturing defect are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

For GLIDERS, ROCKERS, BEDS, SOFAS, CHAIRS & OTTOMANS

Rest Easy — our manufacturing warranty covers:

5 years on internal wood frame
5 years on internal springs
5 years on exterior metal frames or exposed woods
2 years on foam, fabric and metal glider mechanisms

For BASSINETS & CUBINO KIDS’ CHAIRS our manufacturing warranty covers:

1 year limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing

PLEASE NOTE:

Original proof of purchase is required to make a claim; warranty is non-transferable.
Our warranty does not apply to products purchased under the following circumstances:
- Floor models or display models
- Second hand or "as is" merchandise
- Products obtained during a going out of business or liquidation sale
- Items purchased through a rental company
The following are NOT considered manufacturer’s defects and will NOT be covered under warranty:
- regular wear and tear
- dye transfers
- exposure to direct sunlight that causes damage/fading
- misuse of product causing damage/deterioration (such as prolonged sitting on the arm of a glider)
- failure to follow proper assembly, cleaning and/or care instructions
- altering the product in any way (ie reupholstering, adding fabric treatment, etc)
Warranty will be void if merchandise has been moved from original delivery address
Monte Design reserves the right to charge for any additional expenses that may incur during a warranty claim (shipping and labour costs)
